PIMS Implements PKR 1.25 Billion Digital Patient Management System

On 28 October, reports confirmed that the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences had implemented its “One Patient, One ID” digital patient management system at a cost exceeding PKR 1.25 billion. The platform connects five hospitals and 24 departments, integrating patient registration, diagnostic services and electronic medical records to improve access to patient information across the institution.
